Training Courses and Education available 
at Dryden Management Consultancy Ltd

Grahame is  an ISEB accredited trainer of ITIL® based IT Service Management training courses. These courses can be provided direct to clients through accredited training organisations. Additionally, DMC can design, develop and deliver bespoke IT Service Management seminars or workshops.

We at DMC consider that there is a demand for ITIL® based IT Service Management education outside of the formal training events offered by many training organisations. There is a growing demand for organisations which can focus on preparing clients and their IT staff to be better IT Service Management managers and practitioners as a first priority yet still be confident that they are “examination ready”. Accordingly, DMC offers a service to satisfy this demand and deliver this requirement. To ensure clients’ needs are fully assessed and met DMC will discuss clients’ individual requirements and design and deliver totally bespoke IT Service Management events such as:

  • facilitated workshops

  • management overviews

  • practitioner level introductions, overviews and skills development

  • bespoke foundation level training (2 days duration) to ISEB examination standard  

In the case of the bespoke foundation level training this will include mock examinations and preparation for ISEB examinations. Those attending will be able to take the ISEB foundation examination at a public examination venue or at the premises of an on line provider of such examinations.
